the delete button may be more appropriate for those types of posts.
It's an automated spam post, they appear from time to time. They get dealt with eventually, just use the "Report to moderator" link at the bottom right hand corner of the message if you come across a similar post in the future.

Thanks for the welcome!

I suppose it's alright to turn this into a welcome thread, since noone here is dumb enough to buy shoes from that dude anyhow... the url just seems too suspicious, and the website too advertisey.

Hopefully at least some of my posts get responses. This board looks quite interesting but I noticed a lot of the posts have no responses. I hope more of the guests who seem to lurk all the time join in to contribute (it always seems to say there are 5-10 guests looking at the board). Also why are most posts news articles rather than original content? Sorry I tried to look at the FAQ, but found no answer to that question..
