Questions about Infection 2004

Is there a webpage for this convention? Who is the committee, and the chair, if any? How many Infections have there been? I understand that it's not a sci-fi con, so probably no gaming, filking, fen, anime, dance, dealer's room, or masquerade, but what then? Will there be panel discussions? Tell me there will at least be a consuite.

OK, so it's a relaxicon. That's cool. Many convention-going people swear by that.
