I think that Sharon and Arafat both could be tried and convicted in a
World Court. As could many others. Saddam Hussein, Radovan
Karadzic, Ratko Mladic, Ali Khaemini, Gulbuddin Hekmatyr, Rashid
Dostum, Kim Song Il, Augusto Pinochet and the senior members of the
Myanmar junta spring immediately to mind.
