Haha. It's really hilarious to watch "know-it-alls" post their mere opinions on the United States of America. Our government works the way it was made to work. It wasn't created to work efficiently. If you want an efficient government, live in Communist China or North Korea.

[Casey]
I beg to differ about Communist China or North Korea. Communism has been shown to be one of the least efficient forms of government when in practice. In theory, it's another story. But, until you can remove the concept of greed from the human species you won't find a communist govt. on the planet that is as efficient as the US---corruption was and still is communism's downfall.

Remember the United States was founded on freedom. Who founded this country? Refugees from the oppressive British Empire at the time. There are some problems with our democratic republic but those problems are Human. And we're all Humanists right so we're not about to get rid of our own kind to make a perfect government! Shit, it's like you guys wanted Hitler to takeover the world.

[Casey]
No one mentioned Hitler; so, that's a moot point.

Also, the US was not founded by refugees; it was founded by a group of rebels who didn't want to have to live under a heavy tax burden emplaced by the monarchy; these same people were tired of seeing people from the old country reap the benefits of those who were making the colonies into what it was---a valuable asset to the British Empire. Read your history books, my friend. The land was settled by people suffering from religious persecution---true they originated from England, but they settled here after settling first on the mainland of Europe.
But, I would hardly call them refugees by today's definition of the word. Their brand of religion eventually saw the near destruction of some of the most enlightened Native American tribes in the US Northeast.

And, yes, there are problems with our government. And to call those problems out into the open is as democratic a value as those who wave their flag and trumpet the causes of the US.

College is personal research you fucking idiot. College is questioning. It's education. Educations other countries don't even have. Oh, how I would like to send you fuckers to N. Korea. Maybe then you could give your "educated" opinion on America.

[Casey]
Don't assume that other countries don't provide the same levels of education as the US. I work in a university that is home to some of the brightest people on this planet. They come from all walks of life, all religions, races, and countries. So, no, the US does not have a monopoly on education. To say otherwise shows a lack of knowledge.

[Onikan]
I was going to provide a detailed paper to you all, but it seems the ignorance of you dumbshits has infested your mind. Ya know, with your head stuck so far up your ass it's no wonder you think the way you do. Bodie and ben: You have shit for brains.

[Casey]
I'd still like to read your detailed paper. Just because someone on the list disagrees with your opinion is no reason not to provide your own. Also, since I didn't agree with all of your opinions is my head stuck up my ass? I'd like to say I do have more than shit for brains, but that's my pride coming out. ;D

[Onikan]
Dr. Sebby, if you'd like to continue our debate in private away from these morons I'd be happy to. I'll even bring in a few professors of political science to chat. PM me.

[Casey]
Bring it out into the open. Enlighten us, and we may enlighten you. No one opinion is more important than another. So, say what's on yer mind...some of us may be swayed.

Regards,
Casey
