[snip] Mermaid - "I do feel very strongly about one's right to privacy. But
I am going to back off now. This is not the right time or place to confront
you. "

I just thought you might like to know that ALL of the information in
question IS in the public domain. (reference provided upon request)
Reposting here or anywhere can in no way shape or form be remotely construed
as violating any ASSERTED privacy. If anyone has a problem understanding
that any and all unsecured information on the web is in fact part of the
public domain I suggest that you reconsider using this medium as you have a
miscomprehension of what private v public means.

And, since Chit Nursinghdass of Quatre Bornes, Mauritius has NOT
unsubscribed as he said he would and is LURKING I speak to him as well as
the rest of you. AGAIN (reference provided upon request)

[snip] Mermaid - "I do not support Yash's decision. I am sorry if you would
have to face any sort of grief because of his spite."

Yes, I have to go talk to an investigator about an email complaint, the
severity of which I can only guess at. That's ok, I expected it and as such
am more than prepared with a dossier detailing the pertinent exchanges, and
regressive path audit of how I came to PUBLIC information, and a listing of
material by Chit Nursinghdass with subsequent analysis

It now becomes confirmed by his actual deed in the real world that Chit
Nursinghdass of Quatre Bornes, Mauritius is behaving pathologically. He has
routinely asserted self facts that proved to be gross exaggerations or
falsehood. He has repeatedly responded by perceiving persecution in the
physical realm. These feelings of persecution, routine in nature as he has
demonstrated in forum, can be perceived as paranoid in nature. He has
asserted claim to special knowledge. He forwards perceptions that are
divergent from his Eco-cultural peers as evidenced through repetitive claims
of having knowledge/belief system congruence, which he has resisted all
opportunities to prove. He routinely exhibits a completely closed position
of concepts that challenge his belief system. (Keep in mind that this forum
is not about belief systems but rather a psychological discipline that has
been wrapped in the raiment of those memeplexes we revile.) Is repetitive
insistence that he was being persecuted or harassed has not risen out of
actuality, but his own inner emotive reaction formations. He appears
paranoid. He might be. Or Not (DSM-IV 301.22) pg.645

Previously I have openly stated my position on intellectual integrity. Now I
should like to make one more "policy statement" to you here. I speak of an
oxymoron upon which, although directly unstated as such, the institution of
freedom is predicated; that being the intolerance of intolerance. I don't
feel it necessary to delineate this for you as I am more than reasonably
sure of your inferential capacity to grasp my meaning. I state this as a
declaration my personal mission. Any instance of anyone forwarding any
component of a memeplex which is predicate to intolerance will be met openly
and forthrightly with all the necessary use of intellectual force required
to effect either subsequent self regulation of the offending vector,
complete deconstruction of the offending memeplex and its components, or as
the method of last resort to make so subjectively completely untenable the
continued participation in this forum by the offending vector that self
censure will be forthcoming.

This forum is worth defending. As of late, the majority of the posts has
been of a critical nature sans content, pertaining to either Chit
Nursinghdass' absurdities or the assail thereof. Pertinent to the forum is
that this is a good raw study of how belief collides with knowledge. Since
that is one of the hallmarks of this forum I forward that this be taken as a
lesson learned.

When belief is asserted, challenge it. Resist the meme.
When the offending memebot persists, likewise persist in the challenge.
